We provided the client with a sheet steel storage rack solution. This solution was designed specifically for the client’s commonly used 3000×1500mm steel plates, with an overall rack height of 4000mm, divided into upper and lower sections, and featuring a total of 20 drawer layers (10+10 layers). Each drawer features a robust welded structure with a load capacity of up to 2000 kg, allowing the client to categorize and store sheets of different specifications. Forklifts can easily access any drawer layer, enabling a highly efficient “take what you need” operational model. Additionally, we provide a “pallet remover” to address the issue of steel plates arriving with wooden pallets, which are difficult to directly load onto the rack. This comprehensive solution not only improves the customer’s storage conditions, enhances space utilization, and boosts material retrieval efficiency but also lays the foundation for the customer’s future planning of storage racks for 3070×2070mm-sized sheets.

Resolving the “searching” pain point: Clients no longer need to exert effort moving upper-layer materials to access lower-layer steel plates. Now, forklifts can directly and independently access any layer within 20 drawers, transforming time-consuming ‘searching’ into precise “retrieval,” thereby directly reducing pre-production material preparation time.

Maximizing space utilization: The 4-meter-high design fully utilizes the customer’s vertical space, concentrating previously scattered steel plates into a compact unit. Each layer can bear a load of 2 tons, significantly improving site utilization.

Eliminating process bottlenecks: Our “de-palletizing” solution addresses the key challenge of steel plates that come with wooden pallets and cannot be directly stored in the warehouse. This provides a complete solution from ‘receiving’ to “de-palletizing” to “storage,” ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted warehouse process.
