The “6-Meter” Challenge<\/h2>\n

Storing a 6-meter long plate on a cantilever rack creates significant sagging issues. Storing it on the floor creates a “dead zone” that forklifts cannot cross. <\/p>\n

The Dplarack<\/strong> system solves the geometry problem of metal plate storage racks<\/a><\/strong>. For extended lengths, we utilize a Synchronized Drive Shaft<\/strong>. This ensures that when you crank the handle at one end, the force is distributed evenly across multiple gear racks along the drawer’s length. The result? A 6-meter long drawer that extends smoothly without binding or “crabbing,” even when loaded with 5,000 kg of steel.<\/p>\n

Density for Thick Plate (20mm+)<\/h3>\n

When you are cutting thick parts for excavators or structural beams, weight accumulates fast. A single skid of 25mm plate can weigh 4 tons.<\/p>\n

Unlike standard racks that might buckle under point loads, our heavy sheet steel rack<\/strong> uses Q235 H-Beam construction<\/strong>. We reinforce the drawer deck with additional support ribs to handle the extreme density of thick plate. This allows you to stack 5 or 6 levels of heavy plate in the same footprint where you used to fit only one floor stack.<\/p>\n
