The workshop height limit was 3700 mm, so the rack had to stay around 3600 mm while still separating frequent-use stock from heavier reserve stock.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Project requirements<\/h2>\n<p>The sheet sizes provided were 3000 \u00d7 1500 mm, 2500 \u00d7 1250 mm, and 2000 \u00d7 1000 mm. Because the customer asked for one horizontal sheet rack, the design was based on the maximum size of 3000 \u00d7 1500 mm.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop height limit was 3700 mm. The selected rack height was 3600 mm. The lower section uses pull-out drawers. The upper section uses forklift-access drawers. The lower section has 9 drawer levels. The upper section has 6 drawer levels.<\/p>\n<p>The lower drawers are suitable for storing steel sheets below 1.5 tons per level. The upper drawers are suitable for storing steel sheets below 2.5 tons per level. The rack needs to be dismantled. Installation requires one 3-ton lifting crane.<\/p>\n<p>Standard packing uses stretch film plus packing straps. This does not add extra packing cost, but it cannot fully prevent paint-film damage from transport contact. Wooden-box packing is available when stronger transport protection is required.<\/p>\n<h2>Engineering highlights<\/h2>\n<p>Bplarack project records in this product line already cover single-level capacities from 500 kg to 3000 kg and support both full pull-out drawer structures and mixed pull-out-plus-forklift layouts. This project fits that same product logic: heavy daily-use stock below, reserve stock above, all inside one height-controlled frame.<\/p>\n<h2>Operations insight<\/h2>\n<p>This layout solves a real shop-floor problem.
